Norma R Crutcher is a faith-based author, ordained minister, and experienced accounting professional whose life and work are rooted in resilience, service, and spiritual purpose. Raised in Queens, NY, she earned her undergraduate degree from Wilberforce University. She later completed a Master's in Project Management while raising a family and navigating a career in accounting and ministry. She also attended Garrett Theological Seminary in Illinois.

Her passion for healing and hope shines through in her writing. Norma's first book, Moments in the Master's Hand, was inspired by a vision and has opened doors for community conversations, podcast interviews, and spiritual growth. Her second novel, The Unconscious Witness, takes readers on a powerful journey of faith and awakening as a woman in a coma is guided by her guardian angel to rediscover purpose, grace, and God's plan.

In addition to her writing, Norma co-founded Moments in the Master's Hand Ministries alongside her husband, organizing women's conferences, tent revivals, outreach events, and spiritual counseling programs across Ohio and beyond. Her mission is to uplift others with stories that reflect God's presence in everyday life and to inspire those navigating challenges to draw strength from their faith.

Norma currently resides in Dayton, Ohio, with her husband, Ron. She is a proud mother in a blended family of four and grandmother of six, with another grandchild on the way. Through her books and her ministry, she continues to speak life, purpose, and encouragement to readers around the world.
